STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. This class includes circuit training using various of equipment (dumbbells, battle ropes, TRX...), cardio exercise, body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING
High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a great way to bump up your cardio and strength fitness and to take that fat burn to another level. We alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover.

MetaPWR is a resistance workout combining bodyweight and weighted compound exercises with little rest to maximise calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout. It is designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels and get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible.
